List of documents required for availing PNG connection under Industrial category

  1. 1. Registration No. of the company/ Partnership firm as well as the name of the authority with whom company/ firm is registered.

  2. 2. Board Resolution or Power of Attorney nominating your authorized signatory on behalf of your company to execute the agreement.

  3. 3. Copies of Annual Report of previous 2 years.

  4. 4. Brief profile of the consumers giving full details of the business including the particulars for which gas is required.

  5. 6. Name and address of all Partners/ Directors/ Trustees.

  6. 7. Name of CEO/ MD/Chairman.

  7. 8. Memorandum and Articles of Association

  8. 9. PAN card photocopy.

  9. 10.Document containing address of Registered office and site.

  10. 11. GSTIN No. photocopies showing additional places of business, if any.

  11. 12. Factory license/ Factory permit and Business commencement certificate.

  12. 13. Food Licence in case of Food Industry.

  13. 14. NOC from society/ landlord/ owner of land.

  14. 15. Land Purchase Deed (if owned) or Agreement (if leased or rented) for all the plots.

  15. 16. SSI (Small Scale Industry) Certificate (if applicable) and Excise Certificate.

  16. 17. Acknowledgment letter of Intimation to DISH and Fire Officer for fuel change.
