1. Dos

 Every morning make sure to open all doors and windows before turning your gas stove on. Since Natural Gas is lighter than air, it will disperse immediately in case there has been any leakage and thus prevent any incidents of fire or explosions.

 In case you smell any leakage, inform the gas company immediately on customer helpline number provided.

 Inform the gas company immediately in case you see any digging or construction works on a gas line around your house.

 Always close your gas tap before you go to bed at night.

 Always ensure your rubber tube is correctly fit and never use non-standard unauthorized tubes. Always insist on rubber tube supplied and approved by the gas company

2. Don’ts

 If the leakage is observed in the main PE (Poly-Ethylene) line, do not allow any vehicles or inflammable materials near the leakage point.

 Never carry out any alteration or tamper by yourself or unauthorized technician with any part of the gas connection.

 Do not use LPG cylinder on PNG converted burner.
